We are in the process of making some by-law amendments and are requesting volunteers to sit on a by-law review committee. Of particular importance are changes to quorum – both for council and annual general meetings. Please contact the office if you are interested in participating.

OOM will no longer be hosting a virtual AGM on Sunday February 9, 2025 at 9:00am via Zoom due to lack of member registrations – we do not have quorum. Notice was circulated on Friday, January 10, 2025 – if you have not received an email with registration information, please contact our office.
