Key Responsibilities:
• Lead & Inspire: Motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and
achieve sales goals.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and order processing.
• Customer Engagement: Create a welcoming environment, assisting patients in finding the perfect eyewear for their needs.
• Team Development: Provide coaching, training, and support to help your team members grow and excel.
• Innovation & Problem Solving: Implement strategies to enhance efficiency, boost sales, and maintain a vibrant clinic atmosphere.

What you bring:
• Leadership Experience: Proven success in management or supervisory role, ideally retail, eyecare, or healthcare.
• Exceptional Communication: Ability to connect with team members and patients alike, building trust and rapport.
• Sales & Service Mindset: A track record of achieving sales targets while delivering top-notch customer service.
• Organizational Skills: Expertise in managing schedules, inventory, and clinic operations.
• Optical Experience (Preferred): Knowledge of optical products and services.
• Licensed Optician (Preferred): Eyewear and optical lens expert with knowledge in running and eyewear gallery, lens selection and superior customer service.
