Your Duties:
– Help patients select frames that complement their prescription, lifestyle, and personal style.
– Educate patients on lens options, coatings, and specialty products
– Perform frame adjustments and minor repairs
– Maintain an organized, attractive, and well-stocked optical gallery
– Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications:
– Previous retail, optical, or customer service experience is preferred
– Strong communication and organizational skills
– Comfortable learning new technology and software
